Engine Check Functions / OBDII Modes:  

1.Reading Codes: Shows the detailed description of the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs).

2.Erasing Codes: Turns off the Check Engine Light (MIL) after diagnosis, clears codes and resets monitors. 

3.Read Live Data Stream: Shows the information of continuous ECU/PCM data stream from a vehicle in live graphic (waveform) display.

4.View Freeze Frame Data: Checks the certain vehicle conditions which are recorded by the on-board computer at the time the emission-related fault occurs.

For your information:
For your vehicle to be OBD II compliant it must have a 16-pin DLC ( Data Link Connector ) under the dash and the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label must state that the vehicle is OBD II compliant

This hardware can match much other software still! But most of them are not free!
Works for Windows98/ME/2000/XP/Vista & 7!
This tool does not match ABS and airbag system!
 

How to connect with the Phone and Software? 
1.Android phone system requirement: Android 4.0-4.4 or higher 
2.Software Installation: After insertion of ELM327 Install APP:Install---Continuous click "Next" continue the next installation---Click "Done" Install software
3.Connect Bluetooth:
1)Turn on the Bluetooth switch
2)Find "OBDII" and connect it,the password is: 1234 or 0000
3)Enter the Torque,and set the connection way:Bluetooth,then Choose Bluetooth Device: OBDII

Connection Failure selfcheck on phone : 
1.Car is not supported.
2.Engine is not ignited.
3.You need confirm the connection way as below.

Click Menu button setting bluetooth Connection:
Exit Torque,and re-run the software.Successful connection.
It is based on bluetooth 3.0, and CANNOT support IOS (bluetooth 4.0).
Please use Android System  V4.0 to latest version, and so on.
